United U-17s grab first win
Ballymena travelled to Lisburn with a full compliment of players and started brightly but Jordanstown nearly caught Ballymena on the counter attack but Boyd, in goals pulled off a great save.
On the 20th minute Moore raced clear and made no mistake and scored to make it one nil to the Sky Blues.

Hide AdJordanstown were awarded a free kick after 20 minutes and scored to level the match, but to Ballymena United's credit they pushed hard for the lead again and this persistence was rewarded when McLaughlin linked up with Scullion who scored just on the stroke of half time to make it 2-1 to Ballymena Utd.
It was from midfield were the third goal came when Ryan Young fired a 30 yard shot into the top corner to make the score 3-1 to Ballymena Utd.
On a downward note Ballymena Utd defender Mark Goudy sustained a broken ankle and the team wish him a speedy recovery.
