Robert is a junior international and his younger brother won the Private Greens youth singles this year, unfortunately Steven’s success, which would have delighted Agnes, came too late.
Deepest sympathy from all to the Kirkwood family.
A former president of Hilden Bowling Club, George Orr, had served in this position for 29 years before retiring a few years ago
The club members and others who knew George regret his passing and extend sincerest sympathy to the family circle.
Sloan Street Indoor Bowling Club have also suffered a loss of a stalwart in George Leathem.
