Rash shots, unthinking play and poor application to unfolding circumstances saw the team collapse to 82 all out. An abysmal return that left a weakened bowling attack with nothing to play for.
A wholesale change in dedication to the cause of team and club is called for and players need to appraise themselves with the rudiments of competitive cricket. This is as much about performance as winning or losing. No truly competitve side would lose in this fashion.
