Rangers hit their Teggart as Stephen joins from Ports
At 17 years old, Teggart has decided to make the move into senior football with his hometown club after quite a number of years on the road at youth level.
A captain of Linfield Youth teams and a member of each Northern Ireland squad up to Under 15 level showed very early in his young career that Teggart had a natural ability on the pitch.
