Leon Knight banned for comments made on Twitter
The Irish Football Association has not revealed the specific nature of the offence, but it is believed the ban may have been handed out for a combination of comments on Twitter.
The offence was committed while Knight was a Coleraine player, but Knight will now miss two Glentoran games.
The ban takes effect from 6 February.

Hide AdKnight is a regular user of Twitter and his comments have often attracted controversy.
It is understood that the player’s new club plan to appeal against the suspension.
With the suspension only coming into effect on Monday Knight could make his debut against Donegal Celtic on Saturday.
Knight signed for the Coleraine in October 2010 but the club said last month that they would not continue to pay his travel costs from London to Northern Ireland for matches.
The club asked the much-travelled striker to live in Northern Ireland or pay his own travel costs.
Coleraine said on Monday that Knight had move to the managerless Oval club for an undisclosed fee.
