Journalists join in with City
Kevin McLaughlin (Londonderry Sentinel), Andrew Quinn (Sunday Journal), Gary Ferry (Derry News), Eric Whyte (Radio Foyle), Mark McCadden (Irish Star), Adrian Eames (RTE Sport) and James O’Toole (Derry City Media Officer) all took part in the training, at the Vale Centre, Greysteel.
The club also made a new signing with young Oliver Dickey joining the Brandywell men.

Hide AdDickey’s arrival at the Candystripes Vale Centre training ground as the players were being put through their pre season paces brought proceedings to a halt.
The five-year-old lives with a type of cerebral palsy called spastic diplegia and needs to travel to America for pioneering surgery. His parents are currently trying to raise the £60,000 needed.
Oliver, who was accompanied by his mum Charlene and dad Neil, was presented with a signed City shirt and his very own number 5 Derry jersey.
