Youth concert planned forCivic Centre
The young people, aged between 14 and 25, will be showcasing their talents in the youth concert to be held at the Craigavon Civic Centre on Monday, February 22, beginning at 7.30pm.
The local youth groups participating include John Mitchell’s Youth Club, Derrymore; Seven Derry's Youth Club, Aghagallon; Wolfe Tones Youth Club, Derrymacash and Sarsfields Youth Club, Derrytrasna.

Hide AdThere are seven youth groups coming together to celebrate the rich diversity of rural young people through the medium of music, drama, song, comedy, poetry, novelty acts and dance which promotes greater awareness of their culture and traditions through fun in a creative way.
The SELB Craigavon Loughshore Rural Youth Initiative in partnership and affiliation with the Moyraverty Arts and Drama Society (MADS) and the Prince’s Trust Team, will help to give creative support and guidance to young people to prepare their individual and collective performances.
Fiona Thompson’s Dance Academy and MADS will feature as some of the guest appearances.
This is the first time a large combined rural youth entertaining event like this has taken place for young people in different areas of rural Craigavon.

Hide AdTo purchase tickets for Loughshore Youth Cultural Variety Concert please contact your local rural youth club. You can also pay at the door on the night of the concert. Admission is 2 for all ages.
There will be hot refreshments and a tuck shop available during the concert interval. All proceeds from the concert will go to the Loughshore Summer programme for young people.
