Watch: Zombies on way to Mid Ulster in search of ‘fresh blood’
The only question is, how fast can you run when they get to Cookstown and Dungannon?
The Zombie Run, in aid of the charity Autism NI, will take place on Sunday, October 11 when participants will have to finish a daring 5k obstacle trail while being chased by blood thirsty zombies.

Hide AdEvery mortal will start the race with three lives and must try their best to finish with all lives intact.
Participants will have to dodge, duck ,dive and climb their way through mud traps, past paint balling zombies and across two new lake obstacles to get to the finish line.
Owner of The Jungle Adventure Centre, Robert Carmichael said: “This is the third year we will have hosted the legendary Zombie Run which seems to increase in popularity each year.
“Runners have to face hills, mud, obstacles, water… and of course zombies!

Hide Ad“It’s the perfect event to kick start our programme of Halloween events which includes our renowned Fright Night.
“This year, we want the Zombie Run to be bigger and scarier than ever so we’re sending our zombies out onto the streets of Northern Ireland every weekend in September to recruit ‘fresh blood.’
“Those who spot the Jungle zombies are being encouraged to snap a ‘zelfie’ using the hashtag #thejunglefrightnight2015 and post it to the Jungle’s Facebook page for a chance to win access all areas tickets to The Jungle’s Fright Night.”
Registration for the event is now open via thejungleni.com and costs £25 per person, which will go to Autism NI.
