Visions of Singapore talk
Hugh Hamill, who had visited the island-city last year, presented an enthralling 45-minute description of Singapore, his collection of superb digital images conveying a fascinating insight into life and leisure in this former British colony, now an independent republic.
With some eight million people accommodated in an area around the size of north Antrim, Mr. Hamill’s photos presented a dramatic panorama of a highly-urbanised country with scores of high rise buildings dominating the landscape.
