The PCSP has had a steep learning curve since the former District Policing Partnerships were integrated in 2012. I am very pleased with what we have achieved in light of that significant challenge. It is really heartening to see the differences made, especially at a time when resource cuts seem to be happening everywhere.
“I believe the positive nature of this report is a valuable confirmation of the worth of PCSPs in promoting the partnership working which can make such an immense difference to the quality of life of local residents”.
Ballymena PSNI Commander Stephen McCauley said: “Each of these projects have made a contribution to the safety of people in Ballymena. The PSNI is committed to keeping people safe. Our policing with the community ethos means working with communities and other statutory agencies like PCSPs. I am pleased that this work has been evaluated so highly.”
