Translink officials agree to look again at New Mossley bus service changes
The issue was raised by DUP politicians Alderman Pamela Barr and Pam Cameron MLA, who voiced concerns that some elderly residents, particularly those living in the Bryans House sheltered housing development, are now unable to access bus services.
“Since new route and timetabling changes came into force at the beginning of September I have been contacted by a large number of residents who have been left all but stranded by the changes,” Mrs Cameron said.

Many people I have spoken to have said that they have had to rely on private taxis which is prohibitively expensive in the long term, especially for elderly residents.”
Following discussions with Mrs Cameron and Alderman Barr, Translink officials have agreed to revisit the changes with a view to finding a resolution to the issues raised.
