Appalled by death of dogs
The decision appears to have been taken hastily. Was there a proper investigation or enough concern for the owner or her beloved pets?
It raises a number of questions that need answered. Did the woman feel pressurised into signing a destruction order? Was it proper for her to be led to believe the dogs would be destroyed anyway even if she challenged the decision?

Hide AdDetermining whether a dog is a pit bull terrier is a very grey area, as any expert will confirm. Was the proper procedure carried out to ascertain the breed of the mother and her pups? And why was there such a rush to take action? Is there not a specified minimum ‘stand off’ period to allow for a change of heart and a chance to fight the decision and, if not, why not?
