New restaurant for Lisburn Square
Set to open in early March, the new Italian restaurant is Lisburn Square’s first major tenant since it was taken over by its new owners.
‘Alfredo’s on the Square’ is the latest venture of local restaurateur, Richard Graham, previously proprietor of Angelo’s at Pipers Hill, Lisburn.

Richard sees his move to the Square and the opening of Alfredo’s as a new chapter for him, his team and for the Lisburn food scene.
“Despite many successful years at the helm of Angelo’s, I felt the redevelopment of Lisburn Square represented a massive opportunity,” he said.
“Along with the ability to avail of increased footfall, Alfredo’s will also be able to offer extended opening hours, increased turnover rate and an expansive new food offering which will include breakfast and Sunday trading.

“Alfredo’s will open early until late, giving our guests more reasons to visit and stay longer, whether that’s to enjoy a good breakfast, lunch with the family or a fun night out with friends.”
Commercial property firm CBRE was responsible for the letting. Nicky McCollum, Development Director at Lisburn Square Limited, said: “Richard is an extremely well-known and respected restaurateur in Lisburn so we are delighted that he has decided to open his newest venture, Alfredo’s, in Lisburn Square.
“It will hopefully be the first of a number of new tenants entering the scheme in 2016, with a number of exciting retailers and restaurateurs currently in the pipeline.
