Kyle is seeing pink before big race
Kyle has got the contract to bring a splash of colour to the Newry and Mourne district in anticipation of the big bike race which hits Northern Ireland this Friday.
Kyle (44) told the ‘MAIL’: “I’ve got 17 square metre planters, 50 half barrels and 40 railing pots ready to go on Thursday.
“I’m seeing pink at the minute,” he said.

“Most of my planting is done in June so I didn’t have all the flowers I needed. I had to order in Senettis from Holland which I mixed in with my pink Verbena and pink Diascia.
“It’s a good wee lift at this time of the year.”
Kyle is the third generation of the Geddis family to run Hoophill nurseries after it was started up by Kyle’s grandfather.
It’s located on a 12 acre site in Waringstown with over three acres of greenhouses.
