Kells Masonic Lodge provides boost for NI Children's Hospice
Steward of Charities for Kells 990, Allen Mercer said; “Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice is the only service of its kind in Northern Ireland and really needs the support of our local community to enable them to continue delivering the specialist care services our life limited children and young people deserve.
“The Hospice at home care and respite breaks to the Children’s Hospice really do provide a life line to families in this area and we were more than happy to champion this great cause.

Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice Community Fundraiser Catherine O’Hara said; “On behalf of everyone at Children’s Hospice, I would like to thank the Lodge members, their friends and family.
“This money will pay for a much needed respite break at Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice.
“Every pound locally raised will have a positive impact in ensuring we continue to provide specialist palliative care for the children, young people and their families.

Hide Ad“Last year we cared for 300 life-limited children living across Northern Ireland. It is thanks to the generosity and support of the people of Northern Ireland that we are able to do this.”
Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice provides respite and end of life care for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
Practical, emotional and bereavement support is also provided for the whole family. Care is provided at the Children’s Hospice buildings in Newtownabbey and Killadeas and also in local communities across Northern Ireland.
