Decrease in Carrick’s unemployment total
There are now 835 claimants in the borough; of these 592 are male and 243 female. This represents a change of -245 over the year.
Commenting on the figures, East Antrim MLA Alastair Ross said they “show that the economy in Northern Ireland continues to grow stronger, with unemployment down and the number of employee jobs rising”
