The four-year-old Glengormley boy arrived home on Saturday following a 10-hour flight in an air ambulance.
Oscar was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, neuroblastoma, and has been battling it for a year.

However, Oscar could not undergo the planned six month treatment programme in Philadelphia after doctors discovered a problem with the toddler’s heart.
There were times when Oscar’s life hung in the balance after his condition rapidly deteriorated for four days, but he hung on and was deemed well enough to return.
His father Stephen said: “It was just heartbreaking to see Oscar go through so much pain, but we will continue to do everything to help him beat his condition.
“It’s good to be home and Oscar is doing well, we will have to see where we go from here.”
