• Individual Bespoke Dwellings
• Extensions to Dwellings
• Building Beautician Service (improve the appearance or layout of your property - increase its value or the chances of it selling)
• Industrial & Commercial Development
Rural dwellers and farmers can avail of the free consultation relating to the recently issued final version of PPS 21, which now allows some development in the countryside e.g. sites on farms, infill or gap sites, replacement dwellings, barn conversions etc. This consultation can be followed up by a free site visit to fully assess the situation.
Developers can discuss urban development schemes with specialist members of staff, where they are contemplating developing a new site, or if they want an appraisal of an existing scheme that may already have received Planning Permission. Advice will be given on the possibility of an improved scheme to change the density and/or house types, which would make the scheme more viable in today’s economic market.
