Pink lady Masie stages her first oil painting exhibition
Having finally mastered the art of driving at the age 69, Masie Crawford, has now turned her hand to oil painting for the first time - at the age of 73.
In fact, the Waterside pensioner is to host her first art exhibition.
The one-night-only event will take place on Monday, October 27, at 7.30pm in Hillcrest House.

Hide AdMasie has painted 20 canvases for the one-woman show as part of her therapy through the Pink Ladies, a support and campaign group which supports those diagnosed with breast cancer.
The plucky septuagenarian has created a mini studio in the dinette of her Nelson Drive home, which has become a retreat where she can switch off and not think about health issues.
Asked about the exhibition she said: “I am getting excited about it now. I enjoy it because you can shut off.”
